I'd give it more than 5 stars, everything was fine. the staff was really helpful and made me feel at home. - the room was good-sized and modern with a mini-bar, delightful bathroom, and incredible view.

Our room had a few issues that were not properly addressed by the staff. the air conditioning didn't work, there was a bad smell in the bathroom, and the water pressure was low.

I loved the stunning views of the water from my top floor room. The hotel staff was very accommodating and fulfilled my request for a superior room. The breakfast spread was superb and the selection of dinner dishes in the restaurant was great. The indoor warm pools and outdoor tubs in the spa were immensely relaxing.

LIKED THE SIZE OF THE ROOMS AND BREAKFAST: Rooms were spacious, and the breakfast buffet was extensive with a lot of options. The location was also convenient for my business needs, and the view from the room was pleasant.

DISLIKED NOISE AND LACK OF AMENITIES: Unfortunately, the hotel lacked soundproofing, and I could hear noise from other guests and the street outside my room. The hotel had very few amenities, and the gym was tiny and outdated.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was absolutely stunning, situated on top of the hill in front of the bay. The views from my room were breathtaking and definitely added to my overall experience. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered a great selection of delicious food, with fresh juices and fruits. a fantastic hotel with fantastic views!

The restaurant location is unbeatable, as it has great views of the bay. the restaurant staff is lovely and helpful, and the food is excellent. the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with cozy beds and fantastic views of the estuary. the spa pools are relaxing, and the view from there is breathtaking.

Some of the facilities in the swimming pool area, like the shape of the pool or the towel size, could be improved, but overall, it's a small inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful hotel.
